Welcome to Pennant-Igyn, a masterfully restored Three Bedroom Stone Cottage Near Abersoch that manages to be both a rugged piece of Welsh history and a haven of modern luxury. Perched on the hillside in Mynytho, this property doesn’t just offer a place to stay; it offers a front-row seat to the best coastal show in North Wales.

Step through the duck-egg green door into an expansive open-plan living area where the past and present have made a very comfortable deal. The original inglenook fireplace, a beast of Welsh masonry, now houses a roaring log burner - the perfect companion for those evenings when the coastal breeze decides to get "atmospheric." The lounge area is a masterclass in comfort, featuring plush teal seating, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a games console for those who take their holiday competition seriously. The flow leads you naturally to a dining space and a kitchen that would make a professional chef weep with joy, fully stocked with everything from champagne flutes for the hot tub celebrations to a dishwasher (because no one should scrub a pan on holiday).

The guided tour continues upstairs, where this Three Bedroom Stone Cottage Near Abersoch reveals its sleeping quarters tucked under vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. You have a choice of a master double with its own en-suite or two twin rooms, all offering windows that act as living picture frames for the Llyn Peninsula. With three bathrooms - including a downstairs family bath and multiple showers - the morning "who’s next" debate is mercifully brief.

Outside, the property truly comes into its own. The enclosed private garden features a luxury hot tub, perfect for a soak under the diamond-bright stars of Mynytho’s unpolluted night sky. Beyond the patio, you have 10 acres of private fields for your two four-legged friends to explore, plus an outdoor playground for the children. Whether you’re firing up the BBQ or charging the car at the 7kW EV point, this Three Bedroom Stone Cottage Near Abersoch has thought of everything.

Pennant-Igyn occupies a commanding position in Mynytho, serving as the ultimate base camp for exploring the Llyn. You are less than 3 miles from the sheltered, turquoise waters of Llanbedrog beach - famed for its colourful beach huts and the family-friendly Glyn-y-Weddw Arms - and the chic, bustling village of Abersoch.

Within a 20-mile radius, the peninsula is your playground. Surfers can head to the rugged swells of Hell’s Mouth (Porth Neigwl), while those seeking a legendary pint can visit the Ty Coch Inn at Porthdinllaen, recently voted one of the best beach bars in the world. For a bit of "Pot Jam" history, the Foel Fawr National Trust monument is practically your neighbour, offering views that stretch across to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Anglesey, and even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland on a clear day. If you fancy a change of pace, the Italianate village of Portmeirion and the historic fortresses of Criccieth and Harlech are all within an easy afternoon's drive.
