With a washing machine and sink, the utility space is useful for guests staying for longer periods. A door leads into the large open plan living space with a modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area tucked away to the side. The kitchen is beautifully designed with cupboard doors finished in white painted wood and a stone coloured worktop. A range type electric oven and hob takes centre stage, built into a chimney breast, alongside a microwave, kettle and built in dishwasher.
