This cosy, dog friendly stone cottage offers easy access to golden beaches and scenic walking trails, making it an ideal spot for couples, families,or friends.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Abersoch's bustling sandy shores or take a short walk to the breathtaking coastline of Porth Neigwl, a haven for beach lovers and surfers alike. After a day exploring, relax in the snug sitting room by the wood burning fire or dine alfresco in the south facing garden with stunning countryside views.

With the Wales Coat Path, Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and Criccieth Castle all within reach, Tan Y Fynwent is the perfect base for enjoying North Wales beaches, scenery and attractions.

From Pwllheli, follow the A499 into Abersoch. Proceed round the harbour following the one-way system to the left. Turn right at the small petrol station and continue straight up the hill along the High Street past more shops, with the St Tudwals pub on your right. Proceed along Sarn Bach Road and follow the one-way system round to the right. Follow the road to the T-junction and turn left at the T-junction and follow the road up the hill for approximately 1 mile until you come in to Llanengan village. Take the first right at the red phone box in the centre of the village (sign posted Llangian).

The church is on your left-hand side, turn left immediately down the lane directly opposite the community centre which runs alongside the church wall. If you go past a small group of houses on the left, you have gone too far. The cottage is nestled alongside the 16th Century Medieval St Engans Church, down a short narrow private road (fine for all vehicles with care) and there is parking for 2 cars with a gate to enclose the area and the garden.

Tyn y Fynwent is the white painted cottage with the blue door at the end of the lane.
