Welcome to Plas-Isaf, a luxurious farmhouse hideaway nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Conwy, North Wales. This beautifully restored farmhouse combines rustic charm with modern luxury, making it the perfect retreat for families, groups, or anyone looking to unwind in a stunning rural setting. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush countryside, Plas-Isaf provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Step inside and you’ll be greeted by an expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed for both function and style. The space is flooded with natural light from high ceilings and large skylights, with sliding glass doors framing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with a sleek range cooker, modern appliances, and a spacious island where family and friends can gather for meals and conversation. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating, making it easy to enjoy memorable dinners together while soaking up the views.

The farmhouse offers not one, but two inviting living areas. In the main lounge, soft sofas and armchairs beckon you to relax by the real fire set in a traditional stone fireplace, the perfect spot for cosy evenings. For quieter moments, the second lounge is stocked with a selection of books, board games, and comfortable seating, providing the ideal reading nook. Entertainment options include a smart TV positioned by the fireplace, perfect for movie nights after a day of exploring North Wales.

Plas-Isaf comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across its stylish and thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom features a super king-size bed, while a cosy double bedroom and a twin bedroom add flexibility for different group sizes. For larger families, there’s also a spacious family room that includes one double bed and two single beds. Each room is decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind, with high-quality linens, tasteful furnishings, and large windows that offer peaceful views of the countryside.

The farmhouse is designed for both relaxation and play, offering a dedicated games room with a pool table and ping-pong table for endless hours of fun. Outside, a spacious patio area provides everything you need for al fresco dining, including a gas BBQ and a pizza oven, where you can cook and dine under the open sky. The expansive outdoor area is perfect for families, with a children’s playhouse complete with a mini sink, a trampoline for hours of fun, and plenty of green space to explore.

The farmhouse’s immediate surroundings are equally charming, with vast green fields and the gentle slopes of North Wales’ countryside stretching as far as the eye can see. Mornings are best spent on the patio with a cup of coffee in hand, enjoying the crisp Welsh air and sweeping landscapes. The property’s location offers the best of both worlds: a secluded, peaceful retreat, yet close enough to some of the area’s most popular attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring North Wales.
